Exactly What I Needed! 100% Perfect!

When buying plugins, one must sometime wonder several things. Will this program meet the requirement of my client? If not, how close will it come to meeting the need of my client? Is there a clear channel of support? What happens if I get it & it’s not what I need?
So, no surprise, I saw this plugin & immediately thought of these questions. After playing with the standard (free) version, I realized it came pretty close to what I was looking for.
I bet the Premium version would do it! I just know it will.

So I bought the premium version – late, late at night if I might add. The receipt included my download link, but when I clicked on the link I received a message indicating that I had already exceeded the number of downloads.

????

So I kindly reached out & asked for either a new link or a refund. Then I realized, it was really late & I probably would not receive a response until morning.

Sure enough. I did. With an apology & a link. I downloaded the link, installed & activated the plugin. I couldn’t find it. Like anywhere.

So, I simply responded to the email that sent me the download link. The author directed me to the correct area & I was able to start playing around with the Premium.

Almost there… Wasn’t yet at 100% fulfilling the requirement, but I was like 98% there.

So I reached back out & asked for some more specifics on what I was trying to accomplish. Again, the author responded almost immediately & answered my question. When I followed their instructions, it was perfect!

100% met the requirements of the project! This plugin couldn’t be anymore perfect. Not too over the top with bells & whistles. Just simple, effective & straight to the point!

Exactly what I was looking for!
