Feature Request / Improvements

Hi,

We quite like this plugin for managing our newsletters and have noted a few things that we though could make it better.

– sending test : would be nice a simple text input to send test to a single address (the test boolean on subscriber isn’t so practical.)
Never mind that name/gender fields aren’t updated, it’s more to be able to test easily against tools like https://www.mail-tester.com/

– the link to view the mail in a browser need to have a proper prefix.
links of form https://exemple.com/?na=v&nk=1483-23b1ba7001&id=6 gives issues with most cache plugins
why note something like https://exemple.com/newsletter-view?na=v&nk=1483-23b1ba7001&id=6

– missing some translatable essentials related to the subscribe form
For some technical reasons, there is an email provider we have issues with (free.fr)
So we can tel the subscribe form not to accept *@free.fr but we can’t change the response message. Just making that text translatable, we could change it using plugins like loco translate.
