Products unable to Sync after updating

    After updating to the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce, we’ve connected our Facebook w/ the plugin (It’s automatically created a new Catalog for our Facebook, also noted the old one contains parameters which can’t be used), after clicking Sync, our new catalog remains 0 product in it, we’ve checked all products has enabled the function of syncing to include and show in Facebook catalog, please help spot the problem causing these bugs, thank you.

    Hi @iimark – You could be running into this issue because of your WooCommerce database: WC Database Version: 4.5.0
    You can update that to v4.8.0 by going to: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > 'Update database'

    Try that and let us know if the issue persists.

    Hi @iimark,

    I’m not really sure why your Db version is 4.5.0.

    Let us know if updating the database fixed the Facebook problem.
