Plug-In: Fast and Secure Contact Form

    I installed the Fast and Secure Contact Form and when I go to my contact page @ https://successaffiliatemarketing.com/blog/contact-2/ the form shows up on the page 3 times. Also don’t know why the page is called: contact-2 when the name of the page is Contact.

    I also noticed just before the form appears for the third time it has: ‘,description:’ and at the very bottom, this code appears: ‘})”>

    I would appreciate and help or suggestions on how to get this working properly.

    I got it fixed. I had the Meebo for Sites plug-in on my blog and once I disabled that plug-in, the contact form appears as it should.

    yes. i have same issue with plugin contact form 7 and meebo.
