    Out of stock products do not sync on Facebook. The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin works fine for new products, they sync to Facebook. But if we change the stock number from 1 to 0 in WooCommerce, it does not sync and on Facebook the product will keep marked as in stock. After updating the product in WooCommerce it gives the following error:

    Object with ID ‘…’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at…

    Does anybody know how we can fix this? Thanks!

    Please try disconnecting Facebook and reconnecting, making sure to allow the Facebook extension to “Manage your business” as seen on this page.

    Then, test again for the issue. If it’s still happening, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report, which you can find by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here. Feel free to remove any personal information from the report, like the site URL at the top.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer! I tried it, but it is not solved yet. I did an uninstall of Facebook for WooCommerce and connected again, but still the same. Also, the time it was uninstalled, all the listings on Facebook stayed there. The out of stock ones, but also the in stock ones. Connecting again and product sync did not change anything.

    Can I send you a copy of our system report in a direct message? It does not feel ok to put it on the forum here.
