unable to test any stripe test payment

    Hi,

    I use Stripe as payment gateway in woocommerce site and it worked perfectly in December
    Now, I am enable to do any card testing on my website.
    I received an email from stripe to test regulatory test card to ensure payment flows handle dynamic 3D secure correctly. I tried regulatory cards and it’s not working.
    When I do a testing on my website, on the checkout page I receive this message “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.”
    I am using woocommerce Version 4.8.0 and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 4.7.0.

    Also in backend it is displaying “WooCommerce Stripe – We see that you had the “Require 3D secure when applicable” setting turned on. This setting is not available here anymore, because it is now replaced by Stripe Radar. You can learn more about it here.”

    Can you explain exactly how you are testing Stripe? Keep in mind that, in order to do so, you need to follow this process:

    That is, have Stripe in test mode and use a test card:

    https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards

    Is that how you are testing, or are you doing something else?

    Could you also please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    Yes, our 3D Secure option has now been replaced with the Radar function directly in Stripe. That notice means that before the option was removed from our Stripe plugin, you had it enabled here. The message is only meant to serve as a notification, so you can dismiss it.
