    Hi @sujeet036,

    Do you have the Negotiated rates assigned to your UPS user account? If so, were you logged in to your account while comparing the rates at UPS site? Have you also checked the options from the Rates Adjustments section? I believe they might help in this case. Here you can find an article we wrote not so long ago describing how they work and how they influnce the displayed UPS rates:

    Hello @sujeet036,

    We would like to inform you that we deployed today the new version of our plugin with the feature Pickup Type. The live rates should be accurate with the Custom Counter or One Time Pickup choice.
