Can we use the credits system with the Free Version ?

    Hello !

    I purchase the plugin for a WooCommerce website and i wonder if we can use the credits system for users with the Free Version of the plugin ?
    I tried it, and when my user had a completed order, the credits were never working.. for know !
    I see i have a lot’s of settings that i can’t modify because free version.
    I have a custom wordpress theme, could this have a relation with my problem ?

    Hello,

    Please tell us which plugin did you buy. And, our add-on plugins are working with premium version only.

    The user has to join a referral program to get additional credits. So please check that the user is part of a referral program or not.

    You can’t access premium features in a free version. So you can upgrade the plugin if you want to use additional features.
