    I have about a 1/2 dozen orders that have failed this morning and they are all getting soft decline 2046 results. I have the log from a test transaction and need to know where to send it. Please help.

    I took a look through your logs and I do see that with the soft_declined issues, there is a corresponding processor response code 2046. From the Braintree site, this error occurs when:

    The customer’s bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. For credit/debit card transactions, the customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline.

    Are the orders that are getting the soft decline of a certain product type, such as a subscription product? Were there any changes made to the site or plugin prior to the soft declines occurring?
