    yes

    in webadmin console , server configuration -> external app , or vhost configuration -> external app

    these 2 “10” controls max PHP in concurrent , this number is multipled by worker numbers , e.g. your OLS has 2 workers, then max at 20 PHP , if your OLS has 8 workers, then max 80 PHP , adjust it accordingly
