Plugin is not importing variations inventory from Square

I am trying to import products from Square (Square is System of Records also) for my client. It does not import all products and on top of this, inventory of all imported variable products is shown as “Out of Stock”.

There is no error shown in error logs.

I have read in some other user questions related to similar issues on this forum stating that the issue is some sort of bug in some specific scenarios. I have tried to check products and inventory is being tracked as well on Square, but still product variations are fetched with 0 stock. SKUs are present and unique.

I have sent a support request with my WooCommerce account too. Can you please assist with this issue?
