I’d like to use the built-in WooCommerce feature of printing shipping labels, but the labels are coming out blank. Tested printing directly to a PDF and to my printer. Was charged for postage on both labels but can’t use them (because they’re blank).

  • Hello @homebarbasics ,

If I am not wrong WooCommerce does not provide a shipping label out of the box. You need to use an extension or plugin to get the feature inside WooCommerce.

The official plugin for this is the WooCommerce Shipping plugin.

If you are using this solution, make sure that you have followed it’s settings documentation fully.

If you are using any other third-party plugin you need to contact that plugins developer. In case, you were using any other core/official solution please do share your configuration details.

    Thank you ??

    Hey @homebarbasics!

If you are using the WooCommerce Shipping and Taxes plugin that @rur165 linked to above (previously known as WooCommerce Services), there is a known issue with blank shipping labels happening with MacOS and Safari that the devs are currently working on. If that sounds like the situation you are experiencing, you can use a different up-to-date browser (like Chrome) and that should allow you to print labels as expected. If not, sharing your System Status Report might help us get you pointed in the right direction (like Rashed mentioned).

    Thanks!

@shaunkuschel Thank you! I was able to print as desired using Chrome.

Thank you for this thread. I am having the same issue in Safari and was able to print successfully using Firefox.
