How to detect WP (nextpage) paginated posts

    Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for an answer to this but hopefully I’m just missing the obvious.

    I have some custom heading markup for a theme I’m developing and I’d like to hide the code on subsequent posts that are paginated using the <!--nextpage--> quicktag. Is there anywhere I can query if the page being viewed is a “sub”?
