Ultimate Member – Members Directory not showing members

Did you turn on the option “Enable custom table for usermeta” in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Misc?

Did you run the migration after enabling it? There should be that option to migrate the data after turning on that option.

Try turning it off and then turn it back on.

I have a similar issue.

I have 2 user roles for my directory.

I created different pages to show results in each user role, but the directory only shows results when I don’t select any user role,
It shows all user roles registered, but when I select again a user role doesn’t show any results.
It’s the same with the predetermined member’s user role, I open the page, and it shows all registered users, but if I change the configuration of the user roles for one of the created by me, doesn’t show any result.

I am having this same issue. I created a new custom member, but cannot get a member Directory to show it. Have turned on the option “Enable custom table for usermeta” and ran the migration. Have deactivated other plugins and changed to Twenty Twenty-One theme, but still no luck. Turned off all caching with host (WP Engine), and still nothing. I can display any member except the custom one I made. Please help!!

Nevermind. For those with a similar issue, turns out it was a setting in the Ultimate Member > User Roles > Administrator. I hadn’t turned on access to my custom user through the “Can edit these user roles only” and “Can view these user roles only” settings. LOL!!

I have the same issue and have gone through all of the above steps. No profiles are showing up in the directory.

User with role set to be the same custom role in the directory settings.
Did this:

I was having the same issue but I think I’ve found the answer.
Ultimate Member -> Member Directories -> Members (or any other directory you may have created) -> Search Options -> Check Enable Search Feature

Then don’t forget to update the page!

I’m having the same problem as above where my users aren’t appearing the the member directory. I’ve got two user roles set up with different access ability. Authors are showing up but subscribers won’t show in the directory at all. I’ve checked all my settings and done everything suggested above but nothing has worked.

They can create an account and the profile that i have linked to that user is there but it’s not visible in the directory at all.

I haven’t changed any settings and it used to work so i’m a little confused as to why it’s stopped. Does anyone know how this can be fixed. My Ultimate Member versions is the latest 2.2.4 and i’ve updated everything as much as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Same here version 2.2.5

Members Directories not show on the admin panel.
And when I navigate to the members page I have this message “We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem, scoured the internet and tried solutions. But it does not work. What can I do to fix this?
