Hello! First thanks for a fantastic plugin. I’m having some trouble setting WP filesystem permissions though. When I go to “Filesystem Security” and try setting the recommended permissions (example: set wp-content/themes/ from 0775 to 0755), I get an error message at the top:

“Unable to change permissions for /homepages/9/[DatabaseID]/htdocs/[AppID]/wp-config.php!”

Is there another place I can edit these permissions according to what you recommend? Or is there a plugin setting I need to change, so that the filesystem permissions can be updated?

Hi, have you tried changing the file permissions in your server using FTP or other means?

Also did you by any chance enable the following feature Disable PHP File Editing?

Yes, I had disabled PHP file editing. Turning off that option still does not allow me to set recommended permissions though.

However I was able to edit some of the recommended file permissions using SFTP, so that’s good at least. Some of them (wp-content for example) still gave me error messages.

Thanks for the FTP suggestion though.
