Remove underline from image link on mobile

Hi
I’m trying to remove the underline from image links on mobile devices. I have tried altering the media queries with the text-decoration: none code but whatever I do, I cannot get rid of the lines.
Would someone kindly be able to have a look and see if I’m missing something obvious? The image links are at the bottom of the page just above the footer.

There are some extra things on each block that can be removed with
.wp-block-separator:not(.is-style-wide):not(.is-style-dots) { display: none; }See https://i.imgur.com/jr9BqiO.png

Those are not the underlines I’m referring to, please see the image below to see where I mean. These are images with links that are causing the underlines.
