Saving Settings (Button) redirects to options.php

Hi,
i installed the plugin and try to edit the phonenumber. After hit safe i get an instant redirect to a hidden wordpress-settings-page. https://yourblog.com/wp-admin/options.php
what can cause this issue?
everthing is up to date. (i deactivated the plugin)
