how to edit dokan-vendor-registration shortcode?

    hey let me make my question bright
    I used [dokan-vendor-registration] to create Custom vendor registration page now i need to customize dokan vendor registration Forms for example i need to remove Phone Number, I try to do this with WP User Front but that plugin is to heavy for this simple task and also I need to add a custom JS to verify ID that not available on WP User Front please don’t offer me any plugin I Need to do this with PHP, I try to edit “dokan-lite/templates/account/vendor-registration.php” but it’s seems not work!
    please let me know witch file i should edit to Customize [dokan-vendor-registration]form.

    The file location for the separate vendor registration form is :
    wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/templates/account/vendor-registration.php
