Restoring gets Stuck on wp_options

    Hello,
    Your plugin used to work fine for me, but now and after the new update, When I try to restore a backup, it get stuck on “lock replace table:bs20r_options to :wp_options”

    I tried on 2 different servers (VPS and Dedicated) and the same happened and after that my WP site is not accessible.
    Can you please check the issue and advise.

    Hi @babakprs

    Please make sure to wait for the restore process to complete and a success or failed message to pop up, and do not refresh or close the restore page until that.

    Restore/backup time can become longer as your site grows.

    If the restore finally fails, please send us the full restore log to help identify the problem.

    I waited for hours, but it was just stuck and no failing message. After that, I couldn’t access my site anymore to access to the log files.

    You can?use FTP to access?wp-content/wpvividbackups folder of the website, the name of the log is?wpvivid_restore_log.txt

    I tried again and after almost 20 mins, I got the error “Website restore times out”.

    We tried to access the log but the access was denied.

    So here are some recommended WPvivid Settings you can try first,

    In WPvivid Advanced Settings:

    Change PHP script execution timeout for restore to 3600 seconds
    Change PHP Memory Limit for restore to 512 MB
    Save changes and restore again.

    If the error still persists, please post the full log in this thread or send it to contact(at)wpvivid.com.
