• This was working and with responsive support, but in the last few months downloading files has stopped working on Chrome and Edge, The skin changes randomly and on the Pro version, not all parts of the skin follow the user-set colours.

    Support response to emails has stopped completely.

    You last contacted me on 31st October and gave very good support. Since then I have sent you emails on 15th, 17th December and 2nd Jan with no response. My clients are unable to download files from Chrome and this is causing pain to my business. Happy to Skype. today or reply to my emails.

    I’ve emaied you again and tried to Skype you and got absolutely no response. The player has now broken completely – it plays but with no sound. The mute button is omitted from my players, so I haven’t muted them. I’ve unloaded, deleted and reinstalled the player, disabled other plugins but the problem is still there. It it fundamentally not fit for purpose at the moment and my clients cannot hear the samples on the site.

    As this is the only place you seem to respond – I’ve discovered that you’ve changed something in the Pro version – you’ve defaulted files to be muted. If I set the mute button to be hidden, which mine have been, the file is muted by default but can’t be unmuted! If you set the mute button to be visible, it can be unmuted. This has affected every one of the files on my site.
