Image Titles conflict with CPT Permalink

Hi guys thank you for the awesome plugin I have a small issue where my image titles conflict with the main CPT url (Permalink) any help would awesome!
Post Type Page is: https://iloveeggs.sipdesign.co.nz/recipes/tiramisu-2/
Image Title: https://iloveeggs.sipdesign.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Tiramisu.jpg
My work around has been to simply change the image URL title.
