Hello colleagues, I hope that as far as possible you are having a happy holiday.
After checking that the menu did not work correctly on my site (especially in the mobile version) I found out that it was due to this AMP plugin (when deactivating it the menu works correctly).
I would like to know if it has happened to someone else and if they could solve it, since I do not know how to fix it.
I really like this plugin and would like to continue using it.
    Thank you and happy holidays!

    Hello @opiniones-sobre

Your theme might be using the javascript-based toggle for mobile menu, AMP pages do not allow javascript.

I will help you fix your menu toggle on AMP pages, in order to understand your setup better (themes plugin you are using ) can you please share site health information using this form.

Also, I noticed that you have some broken javascript on your non-AMP pages, which means that the non-AMP mobile menu is also broken.

    Hello @opiniones-sobre

Thanks for the site info, I created compatibility plugins that you can use to add AMP compatibility for Mobile menus.

You need to download and install the zip file of the following plugins.
    1) https://github.com/milindmore22/amp-divi-mobile-menu
    2) https://github.com/milindmore22/amp-generic-compat

You can manually upload it and install it through the Plugins admin screen.
    by following these instructions

Once both those plugins are installed & active follow the next steps

    1. Goto AMP -> AMP Compatibility
    2. click Enable checkbox
    3. Add the details in input boxes in one row the final result will be someing like this screenshot
    4. Element ul
    5. Element Class et_mobile_menu
    6. Element Toggle Class opened
    7. Action Element div
    8. Action Element mobile_nav
    9. Action Element Toggle Class show
    10. Once all inputs are in place click Save

Check the AMP page and verify it’s working.

Please let me know if you find it difficult to understand.

PS: Please note that you have broken javascript on your normal site.

Thank you! The first thing to wish you a happy year 2021 for you and yours.

I ran all the steps and it works fine.

    Now if the menu works.

    Your help is amazing.

The only thing that doesn’t work is the search button, probably because of what you tell me that javascript is broken.

Any idea what it could be? Do I have to check the plugins?

And most importantly, how can I thank you for your help?

    Hello @opiniones-sobre

Glad to know it worked, I see you are now switched to standard mode, in that case, you can ignore javascript errors as AMP pages do not allow javascript.

I already made a provision for the search box toggle.

    1. Goto AMP -> AMP Compatibility
    2. click on + button besides the first row it will create new row now add following details
    3. Element div
    4. Element Class et_search_form_container
    5. Element Toggle Class show
    6. Action Element span
    7. Action Element et_search_icon
    8. Action Element Toggle Class search_show
    9. Once all inputs are in place click Save

the final output should be something like this screenshot

Wishing you a Happy and prosperous new year 2021!

Be sure to share your thoughts on using the AMP plugin, we’d love to hear your feedback.

Thanks, I’ve already posted the review.

I think everything works fine now.

I am very grateful to you.

Is there anything else I can do for you?
