• It is a nice theme but it seems developer made many “Planned Defection” just to force users to buy this theme. The logo and site title are ridiculously bad positioned and there is no way to shift logo to right or left or put the site description after logo in free version.
In addition, the developer released many themes but abandon them after a while and did not update many of its themes. It is a red alert that buying this theme is meaningless while no updates and/or security patches will be received in near future.

    Hi,

Instead of giving low ratings and false accusations, you can always ask for support using the forum and using contact form of our website. I checked the logo from my end and it is working fine for me. If you have a problem with the theme logo, send me a screenshot of the problem/live website URL. I will check and help you.

GridHub theme was released on December 10, 2020. Can you show any of our theme that is not working with latest version of WordPress and PHP? All theme demos are running with latest WordPress/PHP versions. We are checking every theme regularly for errors. If any problem is found, we will update it ASAP.

    Thanks.

Regarding logo: As shown in the theme screenshot, theme has a full width header. When you upload a logo to your website, it will be displayed in centered position. If you want to move it to left or right, need to use additional css box.

    Thanks.

    Dear ThemesDNA,

Thanks for your replies. When I visit your website for the first time, I would love to purchase the whole theme pack because of the excellent pricing, interesting licensing strategy and generous discount offer. I believe your business could be exceptional if you solve the following “critical mistakes” in your business strategies that make your themes even “risky” to use:

A simple and quick analysis of your themes shows that many of them did not receive any updates a while after their release. Many of them are not updated for more than a year while they have remarkable active installations.

Please note that updates are not necessarily just to maintain the “compatibility” of software (here your themes). There is no %100 secure software, and the codes need to revise regularly to fix the possible issues, especially the security risks. An “alive” theme receives regular security updates and receives regular “feature” updates.

Your themes have almost the same style and are beautiful. But “security” and well maintenance, support and durability are the most important factor for professional users and who wants to “pay” for a product.

Moreover, what you want to “sell” should be reasonable. Of course, the logo could be adjusted with a custom CSS code that could be generated even by trial and error! However, a “wise” user rapidly realizes whether such a lack of features is a “Planned Defection” or an honest mistake. Trying to make money from the necessary requirements of a theme features make the users disappointed. Many of them rapidly switch to another one, and there may be a few just like me submit a “constructive comment”. However, it is up to you whether to take my word or let your competitors “hunt” your valuable potential customers and, as a result, your business’ revenue.

If I were in your shoes, I would focus on offering outstanding themes, especially free ones. The “more” “happy” customers you have, the more chance to get high-profit premium requests that may worth much more.

I hope my answer would be comprehensive and helpful to make improve business exceptional. Please inform me if you change your strategy to a “fair” one, just as I explained, and I would be happy to be your customer.

    Best regards
