Does your plugin support using a url parameter to load a YouTube video?

It depends what method you’re using to embed them – for example, you can use a shortcode, a widget, etc.

If you’re referring to the shortcode, then you use must put the URL within [youtube] and [/youtube]. In this case you must use the documented parameters for the shortcode to pass anything additional one.

For the widget, again if must be a plain URL and then use the parameter options in the widget box.

tl;dr – no, it doesn’t support URL parameters
