Fatel Error on Install

When installing WP – https://www.bookprintingonline.co.uk/blog/wp-admin/install.php I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_shortcode() in /home/fhlinux197/b/bookprintingonline.co.uk/user/htdocs/blog/wp-includes/media.php on line 615My Database (with FastHosts) and config file are fine.
