Slidepress video

Does anyone know how to add video to Slidepress / Slideshow Pro Standalone?

I’ve tried adding video using some different FLV player plugins, tried linking images to Lightbox plugins, tried adding video using the Add Media and Add Video buttons, etc. Still can’t get anything to work. I can’t upload video right in the admin, because it’s too large… I’m trying to link directly to a .flv file on the server and there’s nothing.. no connection at all.

According to their website, this is a plug-n-play plugin, and it supposedly supports video… How? I don’t see any documentation in their Wiki or their Forums… And you can’t log in to their forums until you purchase it, which I’m not going to do if it doesn’t work… I’m using the Trial version right now, and so far, I’m very un-impressed. It doesn’t work for what it’s made for, and very unintuitive for the novice (a.k.a. my clients)…

I’ve been trying all day and night to get this plugin to work, but I’m at a loss. I still haven’t heard from anyone at Slideshow Pro, sent at least 5 or 6 different questions…

Does anyone know if this plugin actually works?
