Messenger Chat not show on mobile

    Hello

    I just setup the plugin and get the messenger icon for desktop. But the icon does not show on the mobile phone. I tried clearing cache and use phone’s incognito mode but the icon still does not show up.

    I visited your site at: https://www.beawelry.com/ via mobile device but the messenger icon was right there. Check out the screenshot in the following link: https://d.pr/i/f918np

    You can attempt testing it with a different device or browser too.

    With that being said, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. You can still reply to it even after it’s marked as resolved.

    Hello,

    I have tried using an android phone with Chrome incognito and Firefox. Also using another phone with Safari and Chrome incognito, and another iPhone with Safari but it is still not show.

    What do you think could cause this problem? Do I have to click somewhere to make it popup?
