I’ve set up mailchimp to show an exit intent popup when a visitor leaves without subscribing. Is there anyway to link this to the email address of the same visitor if they abandoned their basket as currently all my baskets are missing an email address?

    thanks

    Hi @dave70,

I apologize for the delay in response to this.

The lite and the pro version of our Abandoned Cart plugin does not have the exit-intent popup feature. We do not have a plan to add this feature in the future updates of the Pro plugin.

However, our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin does have a feature “Capture email address from custom fields” which will now capture the email addresses from any field. We have added the option “Class names of the form fields” to enter classes of the custom email field from where email addresses can be captured.
    ?
So, you can use the plugin which provides an exit-intent popup feature and when the customer enters an email address in that custom field and add the products to the cart, our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin will capture that email address and send the reminder email. This will work only when a product is added to the cart.

Please check our Pro version of the plugin here and ask if you have any questions.

    Regards,
    Priyanka Jagtap
