Updraft Premium failing constantly

    Hi I bought UDP and it fails to back up every time!
    If I file an online report, Cloudfare blocks me.
    I can’t get a hold of admin to report the problem or ask for the paid help I am entitled to. I now regret paying for their Premiun service.
    Here is a link to the last log if anyone can make sense out of it.
    The split size was set to 500MB. I changed it to the default 400MB that failed.
    I changed it to 100MB that failed!!!!!
    My WP is 5.6 & the plug in is Version: 2.16.43.24 PHP Is 7.4

    The log shows “4212.595 (9) [Warning] A very large file was encountered: backup(3).zip (size: 434.2 MB)”
    > Please exclude the file from the backup and see if it successfully complete.
