• I suddenly can’t log in to my site. Recaptcha keeps loading over and over again. I took the following steps to try to solve the problem:

    – Emptied my browser cache
    – Turned off VPN
    – Tried a different browser
    – Checked other WP sites that use different security plugins
    – Renamed the plugin folder via ftp
    – Renamed the cache plugin
    – Ultimately deleted the Cerber folder.

But recaptcha still keeps appearing. Please help.

If you’ve deleted Cerber’s folder and still see reCAPTCHA, it means WP Cerber is not involved here whatsoever. Please look further.

Gregory, I was able to stop recaptcha after purging the entire site from my cdn vendor. I reinstalled the software and had no recaptcha appearing at all for several days.

Today, the recaptcha suddenly appeared again and showed the same behavior: many reloads without accepting my login and password, and at times a blinking Google url as if it was struggling to connect.

So I deleted the software again via ftp, purged the site at the cdn vendor and was able to log in. I have done nothing else with the site in recent days other than a few minor content updates.

    Any suggestions?
