    Hello,
    when a customer purchases a product that has “Bulk Discount Enabled”, and purchases 2 products, they receive only the points for one product.

    i.e. I have set that every product is worth 10 points, and those points are awarded correctly for every product, except for a product that is discounted when 2 are purchased. So, when a customer buys 2 of those products, they don’t receive 20 points like they should, but only 10 points.

    I have checked, and the problem doesn’t persist when bulk discount is turned off.

    What can be done about this problem?

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    In our org version, you can assign points to the simple products only. When customers purchase those products and order status mark as completed then the customer must receive assigned points for each quantity of simple product.

    Thank you for a quick answer, but the product I am talking about is a simple product.

    We have checked the things at our end it is working fine. There may be some conflict with the theme or third-party plugin. So please run a test by changing the theme as well as by deactivating the other plugins.
