    Photocrati Theme 5.0.8 NextGen PRO thumbnails Not opening

    Okay Once upon a time Photocrati support was really helpful but since the push to V10 (which involves completely rebuilding a 1yr old website from scratch), I have not been able to get any answers… So I thought I would try here.

    Friday (4 days ago everything worked fine). Saturday, all my eCommerce went away.. it was simply not there anymore… (two days of trolling through the site I finally got it working again… no help from support btw)

    THE FIX: I had to activate Ecommerce on every possible Gallery style (?20 styles?) and album styles (? 4 Styles). I only use 2 styles of galleries and one album. That got eCommerce showing again (although I have not run a live test of it yet.)

    The Problem now that I can’t seem to fix is that none of my thumbnails will load to full pictures this simply do nothing… until you hit refresh.. then they will load the full-size picture and eCommerce.. so everything is there and somewhat functional..

    I have removed and reinstalled both NextGen PRO and NextGen Gallery (then had to reconfigure everything again).. but nope… thumbnails won’t open images.

    I have reset NextGen Pro Lightbox (several times), no change

    I have disabled every other plugin.. and no change…
    Everything is up to date.

    I have even given them access to my site but have heard nothing…

    The worst part is I often sell a bunch of my images around now as Xmas gifts… sales have stopped cus my site is down…
