Accessing Priority Support

    I have an issue with GiveWP. I am a customer. I have tried to use Priority Support, but the spinning dial goes round and round without submitting. What can I do to access support?

    Hi @mndodger

    Our form is working for lots of others, so I am not 100% sure what to tell you to do. Normally folks who have trouble getting the form to submit have success by using a different browser or with browser extensions disabled.

    Yes. I tried to submit something in Edge after resetting it. I still get the ongoing circle. Suggestions?
