XML-RPC Request Failed — 101: Invalid password-Live Journal Import Tool

Did you login to LJ and accept accept the ToS for this user ?

I would ask LJ – likely not a WordPress issue :

I found the ToS in my account. I didn’t find anywhere asking me to accept it. So far no response from LJ support.

I’ve run into the same problem. I can log in to my Livejournal just fine, but the same credentials don’t work when I attempt to import to WordPress.
