Increase the max file upload in all in one wp migration, local by flywheel

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to increase the max file upload in Local by Flywheel for WP All in One Migration please? I have tried editing the php.ini “max file upload” to 10G and have also tried editing the HTaccess file with the below coding:

php_value upload_max_filesize 10G
php_value post_max_size 20g
php_value memory_limit 20g
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300

Which doesn’t work either, if I do it through the plugin editor, in the constants php I just get an error saying it couldn’t be changed.
