Replace HTML in all Posts

Hi all!
I’m planning to move my existing Joomla site to WordPress.
Thanks to the migrator plugin, all posts can be easily migrated.
The problem however is that my web site has lots of source code in it, and uses its own hightlighter. Also, there are over 200 posts so I would avoid if possible to edit each post.
In a nutshell, I need to replace HTML pieces of code containing:
<pre class="language-java">
with
<pre class="EnlighterJSRAW" data-enlighter-language="java">
Can you recommend me a strategy for replacing in bulk the HTML code for all posts ?
