Where is code the_content?

  • I have received what I believe is some good information, which involves changing the code in the_content. The problem is that I don’t know where and how to find this, could you help?

    I am using Heatmap Theme, and I tried several variants including: https://heatmaptheme.com/index.php, without favorable results. Certainly, since so many people write articles and leave only parts of such articles on the front page attentuating or deferring the rest of the article to a secondary and/or tertiary page.

    If that is not the reality of WP blogging, could you provide a more specific direction in which to make this change?

    the wordpress index.php does not have the_content code
    you must look at your theme files
    admin – Appearance – Editor
