slider images and banners not displayed

  • I succesfully migrated this websitefrom a server to another, but the homepage slider and all pages banners don’t display their images anymore.

    Images are all there in the medias, but they are not find. The webbrowser console says:
    “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” thumb=1

    example of link not reached: https://essensia.fr/thumb?src=/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/coaching-individuel.jpg&w=1400

    It seems it is because of the “thumb” thing.

    I recreated the slider from zero on the new server, but it resolved nothing.

    Anyone could help me?

    Are you using a plugin for this slider feature? If so, I recommend asking at that plugin’s support.

    Are it’s a feature of your theme, then I recommend asking at that theme’s support.

    Actually, theme and slider have been custom made by the former website provider of my client more than 6 years ago, so it is delicate to ask them how the website they “lost” is working, you see? It was working last week on the previous server, but not anymore on the new one. This is the only broken thing. Strange…
