Wrong “to” email after domain change

I’m not sure where this problem is coming from as I’ve gone through each settings page in PostSMTP to change the email address to the correct one.
After I made my site live, it changed the email addresses from [email protected] to [email protected]. I changed all of these in the database that I could find, but I’m still getting Undeliverable Mail Returned to Sender that contains this (domain changed for security):
