About voting error

    When you vote, the screen does not change after you press the vote button. (Both SP and PC)
    Displayed as 「proccesing」 and the display does not switch.
    This will be accepted in the voting log.
    2
    When voting with SP, “undefined” is displayed and it seems that voting is not possible here.
    This is not counted as a vote.

    Please reply as soon as possible.

    It seems like there is session conflicts with the theme. Thats why the Login Popup for the plugin processing sometimes and sometimes not .

    Can you please switch to default WordPress theme and check it

    You are using the Premium Version of plugin. You can just repost this issue in the https://plugins.ohiowebtech.com/forum/wordpress-voting-photo-contest-plugin-1/ since this suport is only for the Free Version of plugin .
