• After updating to WP5.6 some of our Custom Blocks are not available. Get an error: “Your site does not include support for the “name of block” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.” If I just downgrade the wp-includes folder to 5.5.3 then they come back. All of the blocks reside in our theme folder. They are written in ES5. Everything works fine on the front end. What would be causing this? Thank You

  • Hi,

Did you ever find a solution or cause for this? I have exactly the same problem as you describe.

No, I just posted this an hour ago after hours of trying to solve it myself. I found the problem a few days ago and have tried modifying some of the block’s code to no avail. It is so strange that all of these blocks have their code in the same folder but only some show up.

    Hello,
Just wondering if anyone has found a solution to this besides downgrading wordpress to 5.5.3 ?

    Thank You, Troy
