How to remove the display of categories and products on the store page

    How to remove categories and products from the main page of the store? I specified a new page in the settings and set it as a store page. But it only displays the main categories, and does not display child categories.
    I need to remove all this default structure and write in the following form

    The name of the first parent category.
    Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, etc.

    The name of the second parent category.
    Block 1, Block 2, Block 3, etc.

    What code can I use to delete the standard output
