As your already have Auto ads placed you may also wish to check your AdSense account for ad format configurations, along with your site preview within AdSense.

While you may not be satisfied with the response received we don’t have access to users AdSense accounts, not would we be as knowledgeable with how the platform operates with Auto ads placements.

I’ve also performed some additional checks on your site and I do see multiple ads on other pages, not just your homepage.

One additional action you may wish to take is to use a plugin such as Advanced Ads or AdInserter, with both plugins allowing you to use single ad units, which can then use use for various placements across your site, including with conditions to displays after a number of paragraphs or within posts. You can use these plugins which also keeping your Auto ads snippet intact.
