Hello, so I’m have a couple of different issues with my product page not showing correctly when choosing the ‘simple product’ option.

I am using the latest version of WordPress, woocommerce and the latest version of Rehub. Specifically I’m using the Retour option. I really couldn’t say if this issue was present before the latest updates because I was only using the variable product option. Now I need to use a simple product and it’s all messed up.

I have attached a couple of screenshots to show visuals of what my product page looks like

https://ibb.co/GJwBVVL (you can see the short description is trailing out of the content box and off of the website to the right)

https://ibb.co/mNT7dtJ (using the Woocommerce deposits plugin, you can see the buttons are funky and not presented nicely)

https://ibb.co/Y7LZN6C (This is how the ‘Variable product’ page looks and this is how the product page template SHOULD look. Very clean and organized)

Can you provide any assistance with it?

I was able to fix the Short description overflow issue with some CSS, but I’m still having an issue with the ‘Add to cart’ section being a complete mess with a simple product option. It looks fine with a variable product.

    Hi there,

Thank you for including those screenshots of what you are seeing. The layout and design of pages is controlled primarily by the active theme on the site. If you switch back to the default Storefront theme, do you see the same issue?

If that resolves the issue, then please reach out to the Rehub/Retour theme team to ask about this problem with the page display.

@kellymetal Hey, thanks for getting back.

Yes, no matter what theme is activated, this ‘add to cart’ section still looks messed up using a ‘simple product’ option. This ‘add to cart’ section should be displayed vertically, but it is displayed horizontally and overlapping each other in some themes.

STORE FRONT theme: https://ibb.co/N66f3TL (‘add to cart’ section is displayed horizontally with ‘simple product’ option)

HELLO ELEMENTOR theme: https://ibb.co/YpPsk0S (‘add to cart’ section is displayed horizontally with ‘simple product’ option)

TWENTY TWENTY ONE theme: https://ibb.co/4WNkkhf (‘add to cart’ section is displayed horizontally with ‘simple product’ option)

REHUB theme: https://ibb.co/rs9D4Nn (‘add to cart’ section is displayed horizontally with ‘simple product’ option)

*Now looking at the variable product option, you can see how it’s stacked vertically which looks nice*

    REHUB theme: https://ibb.co/T46By8H (correct display)

    Hi there,

Thank you for sending those screenshots of what you are seeing. Even with Storefront though, the page looks fairly different from the default — for example with WooCommerce Deposits on a Simple Product, it should look like this:

    deposits

That said, this forum is for questions about the core WooCommerce plugin functionality, not for the paid Deposits extension.

If you are using the WooCommerce Deposits extension from WooCommerce.com, please open a support ticket from the account you purchased the extension under here so that we can take a closer look:

On the other hand, if you are using a Deposits plugin from somewhere else, please reach out to the team where you got that plugin. Thank you!
