Only some product grids and product links show on my page

    Hi, I am trying to set up an affiliate shop page on my blog, with a few shop WP Shop widgets for each category (skincare, cooking, books, etc).

    I’ve created the products and added the links and images on the widget.

    I’ve then added the WP Shop widget to my site and used the 4-number code for each product to link them to the page.

    Some products show up. Some don’t. In some cases, the whole widget I placed doesn’t show up either.

    The links that do show up seem to work fine.

    What might be going wrong and how can I solve it?

    Hi @baselinewellnessblog. Have you tried uploading an image for each product? Maybe there is an issue with some of your images. Please let me know what the image file format (jpg, png) is for the images not showing up. And if you could send me the media link to one of those images on your site that would also help.

    Hi @leonmagee . Yes, all the products I am linking have images.

    I am adding my own uploaded images for the thumbnails. I found that I couldn’t format the ones that linked directly from Amazon to be 300x300px, so I just grabbed each image, set it to 300×300 using adobe spark, and uploaded from my computer as pngs (there may be a couple jpgs too). These seem to work great on some products, but other simply don’t appear on the widget while some do – seems super random. Or the whole widget doesn’t appear in some cases (e.g. there should be one right before “Kitchen and Cooking” heading, and it doesn’t appear) – even though I did place it there on my Gutenberg editor

    I’m not sure how I can send you the media link to the images, given that I am uploading them from my laptop.

    I’m very new at this whole web building thing, it’s not my field at all. Thanks for your patience!!

    Could you try changing the image of one of the products that isn’t showing up to see if that causes it to appear?
