Added Price Suffix But Only Being Applied to New Products

    Hi All

    I’ve added the suffix Ex VAT in woo commerce. I added the suffix after importing my products.

    The problem is that the suffix is only being applied to new products after I changed the setting, it hasn’t been applied to all previous products.

    The link shows an example of a single test product created for this topic.

    Could someone point me in the right direction for applying the suffix to all products?

    Hi there,

    Just to be sure: Can you walk us through the exact steps you’ve taken to add that suffix? Was this done in the WooCommerce settings or somewhere else entirely?

    Also, the symptoms you’re describing so far sounds like caching might be involved – Have you already disabled any caching plugins you have active and can you share a copy of the status report found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    To answer your questions, I’ve gone to woo commerce settings, tax and added Ex VAT to the price display suffix field.

    I don’t have any caching plugins activated at the moment

    Just to check do I need to upload the status report to the site and share the link?

    Hi @development14,

    My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. That is a really odd situation. The suffix is stored separately in the database from the individual product prices. Because of that, it should apply to all products.

    You mentioned not having any caching plugins active at the moment. Does the server have any caching built into it?

    Since old products aren’t displaying the information, it does seem likely that it’s old data that’s being served. If you edit one of the old products and update it, does it show the tax suffix then?
