File upload doesn’t work on order confirmation / thank you page

    I’ve created a file upload field on the ‘Additional Fields’ option page. It works fine on the checkout page. But once an order is placed the buttons do not work and the file upload does not work on the ‘Order received’ / confirmation / thank you page.

    How can I disable the upload table on the “Order received’ page?

  • I am having the same issue, with the new version installed the shipping address as well as the upload is not working
    Neither in the old version nor in the new one, in both the versions this issue is not addressed.

    Version 5.3.3 does not seem to have made any difference. Are you not able to reproduce the problem?

    same problem (newest premium version). get no files in mails (yes, activated the option to get files via mail) – tells me there are no uploaded files. also no files in order. no matter where I add the fields (tried checkout and additonals)
