    Hi,

I’m having an issue, recently Chrome started showing a warning when users trying to log in that some content is being served via HTTP, when my site has a valid HTTPS certificate.

After some troubleshooting, I’ve found that the Logo is being served via HTTP (see screenshot).

Are any ideas how to fix this?

    Looking forward to any replies.

Also, it looks to be a bug in the Chrome browser. I’ve disabled Branda Login Screen, and issue remains, so most likely it’s a browser bug (no message in other browsers).

After some investigation, it seems that the chrome warning is caused by HTTP redirection.

I’m using relative URL ‘/’ on a multisite to get users redirected to their main pages after login, and it seems that for some reason, Branda is doing it over HTTP.

Any ideas on how to force it to be redirected over https?

    HI @wizard71

    I hope you’re well today!

Please double-check if your setup/sub-sites are actually configured for SSL. The fact hat SSL certificate is installed and, optionally, there’s a redirect set, is one thing but a correct protocol should also be set in site configuratin.

I understand that this is happening after a redirect form sub-site, right? In this case, please go to “Network Admin -> Sites” page and click “edit” for one of such sub-sites, switch to “Settings” tab and check if both “Siteurl” and “Home” options are set to use “https://” prefixed URL rather than “https://”.

If it’s https:// change it to https:// (assuming you have correct SSL certificate already installed to cover sub-sites as well), clear all caches and see if the issue is still hapepning.

If it fixes it, apply the same change to other sub-sites. If not, let us know here.

    Best regards,
    Adam
