Dynamic URL Not Working 100% of Time

I also use the CF7 database plugin, and the correct URL appears in the database, but does not get inserted inside the email randomly. It doesn’t work on any pop-up contact forms, and it doesn’t work entirely on other pages as well.

(i tried changing it to cf7_url that that one doesn’t work at all) – I vaguely remember finding instruction from this support forum that [_url] is the proper tag.
