Easy and works

There were a few issues but support quickly did its trick to make it work. You can basically list your products to Draft in Etsy from your WC; make final check and activate from Etsy seller panel. You can markup the price, map the products to Etsy categories, and even your WC Categories to your store Sections. It also carries your product tags (I left it blank, and everything carried over). It is really a lot of time savings to create the products. If you change product details or stock, you can update again (except you cannot zero out your stock in Etsy automatically)
